WE WELCOME STUDENTS FROM ALL AROUND THE GLOBE

Wyndham’s International High School

As a proudly accredited international school, Werribee Secondary College celebrates diversity and interculturalism. Our core value of respect underpins our behaviours on a daily basis. We have a strong academic focus with a history of excellent results. In addition, we develop our students social, emotional and physical wellbeing for a happy, healthy and resilient future.

During their time at Werribee Secondary College, International Students acquire the knowledge and skills which enable them to undertake tertiary study or other pathways in Australia or overseas. In return, the social aspect of the program increases the global perspective and cultural awareness of our local community.

Students are encouraged to participate in activities at the college including sports, excursions and cultural days, as well as undertaking an intensive English as an Additional Language (EAL) program and homework tutoring to ensure academic success. Throughout their time in Werribee, international students are provided with full support and safe home stay accommodation.

WSC International Student Program Overview: English

Although I am an international student, I feel the college is my home. I’ve made lots of friends at school who are international students from all over the world, and also many local students. The teachers in my school are excellent and patient too. Werribee Secondary College not only creates a great environment for my studies, but also teaches me how to ‘live worthily.’
